Using the platform
3AM CEO is a personal brand and productivity platform I run myself. By using the website or the apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
The free tier stays free
I built these tools because I needed them, not to sell them. The free tier of the core apps stays free. I am writing that promise here on purpose. If I ever add paid features on top, the free tier described at launch will not be pulled out from under you.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it. Use the platform lawfully, do not abuse it, and do not try to break, overload, or misuse it in ways that hurt other people using it.
Your content
The tasks, ideas, logs, and notes you create are yours. You keep ownership of them. You grant me only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the apps work.
AI features and your API key
Some features run on an AI provider using an API key you supply. You are responsible for that key and for following the AI provider's own terms. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so treat it as a starting point and use your own judgment before acting on it.
Built in public, still in progress
The platform is being built in the open and is changing all the time. Features may shift, break, or disappear as I improve them. I provide the platform on an as-is basis, without warranties, and I am not liable for losses that come from using it. Keep your own backups of anything important to you.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a meaningful way, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
